Transcripts for electronic evidence
Audio and video recordings are often produced in court as electronic evidence under Section 63 of the Bharatiya Sakshya Adhiniyam, 2023. A clear, faithful transcript makes that evidence easy to read and rely on.
The certificate required under the Act is given by the person responsible for the device or recording — your advocate can guide you. We provide the transcript and translation.
- Word-for-word

Questions clients ask us
Do I need to be an advocate to place an order?+
No. Anyone can order — individuals, advocates and law firms, companies, organisations, or a person authorised on someone's behalf. Create an account, upload your recording or document and you'll get an instant price.
Can the transcript be used as electronic evidence?+
Our transcripts are prepared for that purpose: word-for-word, with speakers identified, timestamps and details of the recording. The recording itself is produced as electronic evidence under Section 63 of the Bharatiya Sakshya Adhiniyam, 2023, together with the certificate that the Act requires from the person responsible for the device — your advocate can advise on that certificate.
Which languages do you work with?+
Gujarati, Hindi, English, Marathi and other Indian languages, including mixed-language recordings common in court proceedings. If you need a language not listed in the portal, contact us — our team adds languages regularly.
How is the price calculated?+
Transcription is usually priced per audio minute, translation per word or per page. After your file is analysed, the portal shows the exact rate, quantity, tax and total before you confirm. You only pay for details you have confirmed.
Is the automatic analysis final?+
No. Duration, speaker count and language are detected automatically as a recommendation. You review and correct them, and billing always uses the confirmed values. If automatic analysis isn't possible, our team reviews the file manually.
What about recordings with several languages?+
Many recordings mix Gujarati, Hindi and English. You choose whether you want same-language transcription, a full transcript keeping every language as spoken, or a translation into another language — and the price follows that choice.
How do you keep my files confidential?+
Files are encrypted at rest, never available through public links, and only accessible to you and the specific linguist and reviewer assigned to your order. Every access is logged. Staff are bound by confidentiality agreements.
How long does it take?+
Normal delivery is 3–5 days. Urgent orders are delivered within 24 hours (+10%) and very urgent orders within 4–5 hours (+25%). You can also tell us a date you need it by.
What formats will I receive?+
Transcripts and translations are delivered as PDF, editable DOCX and plain-text files, with speaker labels and timestamps where applicable.
